Project Initiation:

In Project Initiation we can define the new projects details. What is the project, in which region / location, Who is the customer, Who is the focal point of customers, Who is the Engineering Manager , Who is the Project Leader, When the Project is starting , What is the target date of the project, Scope of the project , What are key date (meeting dates), How many Engineers will be required to complete the project ,who all approved the project and so on.

Customer Details:

Here we can enter the details of customer such as What is the customers name, address, Contact Phone Numbers, Email and who is the customer focal point (Person)

Employee Details:

Here we can enter the employee information

Such as Employee Name, Sex, Marital Status, Address, What is his Category, Designation, Department, Date of birth, When he  joined the Company, What is the blood group, What is the Passport number and so on…

Project Weekly Log Sheet:

Weekly Log sheet are filled by every engineer for -What work he has done during the week, How many hours he has worked on what project, what are the activities done during the week. So we can easily trace out the status of the project.

Project Costing:

Here we can enter the employee wise cost for the project that we will be paying either by minute, seconds, hours.

User Profile:

The system also keeps tracks of how many hours the user had worked on P⁷ PTS (Project Tracking System) . His Login and Logout time is captured and logged.
